Simple Life Meals is an assumed business name of Designs By Friends LLC. References to “Simple Life Meals,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this Refund and Returns Policy refer to Designs By Friends LLC doing business as Simple Life Meals.
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our downloadable products, all sales of digital products are generally final once the product has been delivered or accessed. Digital products cannot be physically returned.

Problems With Your Download
We want you to be able to enjoy the product you purchased. If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your file, receive an incorrect file, or believe there is a problem with the file itself, please contact us so we can help.
Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same product or made a purchase in error, please contact us. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not offered once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered. However, we may provide a replacement file or consider a refund when there is a technical problem with the file, the wrong product was delivered, the product materially differs from its description, or another issue warrants review.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
